Most likely, you recently applied for credit and since you had not Opted Out,the scam garbage CA's got the data and poisoned your report.

I suggest you file a complaint with the FTC and your State AG office, and send the CA a dispute letter. Make sure to add the Federal BK Court to the agencies you are filing a complaint with.

Send your CRA's a copy of the dispute letter and a cover letter stating they are required to immediately delete this fraudulently re-aged account or you will add them to any pending or future actions against the CA.
