The attorney that you have been paying to work out settlements obviously was not paying the credit cards and what resulted in a law suit against you. Anyway, that is why I think must have happened. You need to report this guy to the bar association. You need to get a new attorney to represent you. www.naca.net. Hopefully a few of the attorneys here or Lady will answer this post. They should be able to give you definite steps to follow.
