As Taziblue commends, do so. Get an attorney. Nothing like walking into the snake pit with a loaded pistola.
As to how to handle it, let the lawyer do the work. Just be sure to put on your best proctologist's gloves before handling any of these sumprats from Sherman. A legendary outfit if ever there were.
