i have asked on here several times how to prove this phone verbal abuse and no one has ever answered it. but yes, its abuse. i should know..been married to 2 abusers and now have my own board for it :). therapy..the whole 9 yards. i agree with ya..i just never found out how to prove it yet. one cant stand in court and say "they said this" cause all they have to do is say "no we didnt". if only they will tell me texans are all deadbeats on tape!!! lol. but sheesh some days i get 10 calls a day. usually the hang up once you answer variety. cant prove who its from..."out of area"
