Actually-- "overshadow" means something else.

It refers to a CA communication in which the required 30 day time to dispute is "overshadowed" by a conflicting communication, either within that same communication, or shortly thereafter. Such as, the "mini miranda" is printed in small letters at the bottom of the page or on the back of the back of the letter, while the letter says "YOU MUST RESPOND IN 10 DAYS".
