I think it means they already had your information before you opted out. I also got an offer from Capitol One today. They wanted to finance a car for me. Shred!! Since I filed bk a year ago, everybody and everyone in their family wants to sell me a car. I got offers from them, while I had extremely bad credit, during and after bk. I think they have my name, and have had it for a long time.
