Scroll down to your state. I can only see one out, are they licensed and bonded in Tennessee. Can they legally collect in Tennessee. Maybe Why Chat or somebody can tell you how to get that info. Otherwise, the one asset you do have if they sue is your job. They can garnish your wages. Interestingly, they can garnish, but if you leave that job for any reason, they have to locate you again, locate your new position and refile to garnish again. All of that does cost money, and if you let them know that you know that (don't say it on the phone, they record) it could be a deterrent ) Bk is the only real way to absolutely end all of this, but not worth it for just one account. If you have other accounts that are in default, it might be something to consider though.
