not in iraq or quatar. last time he was there..they r allowed so much time each and the connections were so slow, i was lucky to get a hi mom. he calls using a air force line to the nearest base..i wont name..and its patched. if he is in transit, he calls collect from the country he is in. usually 3 am my time..lol..
