well i only know about texas but im sure you can be sued in LA. we lost our land..our house is homesteaded, not the land we owned. 23 acres..not improved on,. man, it was sooo hard, i still cry over my land. it was my place to get away, you know? deer, critters, fishing..peace and quiet. oh well. gone now. i understand about your harleys..and i do hope you dont lose them. i do note on here, people dont understand about vehicles and repos. what you pay for a car and what its worth is 2 VERY DIFF things. the day you drive off the lot you have lost prolly 5,000 or more. no one will pay much for a used car at auction. blue book wholesale if one is lucky. the loan will be for much more than that. thats why for 3 years at least you have negative equity in a vehicle. i would really check on the harleys. i bet thats up to the judge you get. mine wanted any assets he could get.. let us know how its goin ok? gooooood luck. hey, harleys are a way of life:)
