Phone company defines "Big Brother"

I work in a call center for an airline. Not only can the phone company tell us how many people could not get through at a certain time, they tell us how many called us back (and when), but also told us which competitor they called after getting a busy from us.

And we don't even have the "total package", you would be surprised what info they can provide.
