That's what I've heard too, LadynRed. They may tell you they're going to take them in order to leverage you to sign the reaffirmation and continue paying the debt. But I've never heard of them actually getting the replevin and sending out a van to pick them up. A guy who seems to know what he's talking about on the bk board says it would cost them over 1k to do this, and it's just not worth it unless you got one of those 10k televisions or something. Appliances, no.
