It’s another bogus Police Charity telemarketing fraud. One of those ones where they keep 80% or more of the money they raise and send a few cents on to the intended recipients.

Sort of like collection agency telemarketers. About the same few pennies dribble out of the collection agencies back to the Original Creditors as dribble out from these bogus charities.
