Question and need help too. Last thursday March 18th, 2004 I receiveved an airbourne express package from W&A and inside the package is "In The National Arbitration Forum Claim." my question is: is this illegal, since W&A has not prooven via my signature as well as the entire history of all MBNA transactions that they can pursue this claim. I have requested twice in writting for verification: entire history as well as my signature for agreement with MBNA. My last request was over 3 months ago. And I have heard nothing until last week from W&A. (please also note, that I have sent 2 cease and desist letters to W&A). All my letters are documented via FedEx sign-off and copies of the letters I have sent requesting cease and desist as well as to proceed they will need verification. I think there action is illegal. is it? if it is illegal what do I do? if it is legal, still, what do I do. The letter indicates that I have 30 days to respond.
Please, please help. Thank you.
