dear friends, Experian is refusing to investigate tradelines on my report saying that they 'PREVIOUSLY' investigated them and they were confired, B.S., how can I get them to re-investigate them or delete them? has anyone else had this problem from experian and had success afterwards? if so can u post what letter and how u worded it to get them to delete the negative info.
