yes, I am in upstate NY. I did not receive anything stating they were going to freeze the accounts, but the bank received a fax from them after the fact. I also received an email from the attorney "working for me" on the 18th stating she was going to contact Cohen & Slamowitz and get back to me. She never did. But when I checked my account on the 19th, I found that she had withdrawn her monthly payment, ironic to me that it was just before my account was frozen.
