The last document I received from them was an "information supeona". The lawyer who was supposed to be working for me from Consumer Legal Centers, had supposedly sent a "cease communication letter" to them. I did call them (Cohen) on 3/17 (some luck o the Irish--not) to ask what the info. supeona was and to speak with Cohen, which is when I was told by the first person I spoke with that "that is just his name on the paper, he is not here".
