i have read that b4..and here..and it still makes no sense to me. enlighten me!! lol. i see where it says the 30 day period..and all it requires is name and address. so many seem to think they must provide everything..is that diff? i could see a judge not buying the validation defense. maybe im readin it wrong? other boards have really discussed this and all they seem to do is agree no one understands what this means. esp number 3 up there..there is the 30 day thing. also they seem to disagree if suing is collection activity or not and my guess is its not or in a week we could stop 98% of the lawsuits goin on. someone would go on oprah and be rich in a instant. i welcome your views and ideas....
