anyone heard of or dealt with MRS collections>?

i know they have a web site...but i would welcome anyone who has dealt with them....or knows anything about them, they seem, with me, to be a very low key place. so low key, in fact, i didnt even know they had one of my debts, if you ask capitol one for their recovery dept , you are given MRS number, who only has one of my accounts. never written me..called..nothing. i find it odd. MRS also says they are not a 3rd party collections....rofl..uh huh.
