I have a very old debt, going back in excess of
7 years. The original creditor sold the debt to a
subsequent collection agency. As a matter of
fact, the bad debt has been sold to more than
one subsequent collection agency.
How do I get this cleared and removed with
re-instating financial responsibility to the
newest debt collector.
I am a California resident, I was when the
open account was acquired and have
continued my residency in California.
