Collection agency refuses to validate

I sent in a CRRR validation letter to Federal Pacific Credit. They sent a letter saying they weren't required to validate.

It's been over 30 days now.

What do I sent the credit bureaus? Copies of the CRRR, validation letter and a note saying please remove the record because they refuse to validate it?

Will this get it removed?
