Being sued in WA by Suttell &Assoc for Asset Acceptance

Hey all, ECSTATIC that the site is back. I'm currently being sued by Asset Acceptance LLC for an old CC debt. Last payment was 5 years ago by CCCS, 7 years ago by me. The collection attorney firm is Suttell & Associates out of Mercer Island, WA. Anyone have any experience with these guys? Will they fold if I file an answer, demand a trial and/or assert SOL defense? Is it true that the SOL in WA for CC's is TRULY 3 years or is this some whacko internet debt idea?
