Some States require 1 free credit report a year. Otherwise you may get 1 free from each CRA if you have been refused credit or employment or had ANY adverse action due to informmation on your credit report.

I wouldn't worry too much about NCO, however, if you are past SOL, you should send them the SOL letter from my website.
