And do be sure to tell NCO - an acronym for "Nincompoops, Cretins, and Orangutangs" - they are not allowed to access any information about you nor are they to share it with third parties, nor are they to accept your private data from others. Cite the Gramm - Leach - Bliley law from 1999, 15 USC, Sections 6801 - 6810 as your authority. They may not acquire information about you without your permission, which they don't have. This law is under continuously expanding interpretation in the courts, so fair warning - to them. Send them a nice love letter.
