Why Chat...Can you clarify???

Cal. has a 4 year SOL ( statute of limitations) beyond which you can not be sued. In addition, Ca. Courts have held that ANY collection activities beyond the legal SOL are prohibited.This includes collection activties of any kind or reporting to the credit bureaus.

I copied this from one of your reponses right before the sight went down. Does this mean a CA would have to remove from CR and the SOL for reporting doesn't apply. I'm in California.
