Never back off when you have them on the ropes, full in the knowledge they'd show no mercy were the tables turned. Make them pay, remember, it's not the monetary costs that scare them so much as the insurance/government regulatory troubles which spring from countersuits. Nail these pig-plops the wall, watch them ooze down the umbra-stained edifice. Fun.
