If so, you need to file an answer. You can use the form from my website, and add besides the regular SOL defense, Laches and that the plaintiff has filed a frivolous lawsuit and should be held in contempt of Court for abuse of proccess.The tolling does NOT apply as you were at ALL times available for service of proccess in the States you moved to, and have not moved back at any time to Utah.

In addition you should file a complaint against the CA with the FTC, the Utah AG office and the Utah Bar Association.
