from my understanding...CAs...attorneys..can pull hard inquiries. if i am wrong..someone PLEASE tell me so i can get mine off also! lol. but i am running into that..collectors doin hards on my reports. i have several hard inquiries on my reports...disputing them..and i dont have the money to send everything CRRR, so i have to rely on snail mail and hope for the best. MRS has showed up as a inquiry..and it looks awful to see "for collection purposes" all over your credit. im telling you all, they will ruin you any way they can, as long as they can,. good luck to you, airics.
