im being sued is bk the way to go?

i am a single mom w/2 kids, i work 2 jobs and im barely making enough money to make ends meet.if the ca that is sueing me ever got a judgement against me it would be total ruin for us. I dont own a house I have no car,so what do they think they can get from me? i have 3 other cards that went into charge off only 1 sued. im thinking of filing bk. im tired of the stress and worry. i need advice thanks
