This is from a garbage collection agency that accessed your records because of your applying for a student loan. You need to OPT OUT to prevent further poisoning of your reports. Send them the letter linked below, file a complaint on-line against them with the FTC and your State Attorney General's Office. DO NOT pay them a ¢, it will only encourage OTHER scam scum CA's to do the same to you.
