My wife got a judgement against her for a credit card debt. The court order has already been delivered. I'm the only one working. Can my assets or salary be taken to pay for her debt ? Can they take anything in the house (furniture or TV) ? We have a car, but that is in my name only. Do I have to do anything to prove that the stuff in the house does not belong to my wife. I did not keep receipts. Please help. Thanks.
