The underlying accounts that are included in a BK fall off after the 7 years, it is only the actual notation on the BK that stays for 10.

However, if you are able to have them corrected NOW to included in BK, it MAY be easier to get them deleted as obsolete earlier, as any CA account may have re-aged the date of first delinquency.

It is also POSSIBLE that by disputing an account as included in BK, it may be deleted NOW.
