yes its for a credit card. about 4 years ago i got behind on my cc cards because of my health,next thing you know, the late fees and over limit fees became more than i can handle,so i ended up defaulting( it was feed my kids or pay ccs) over the years ive been harrassed by alot of different cas. i just want to be done with it all! thats why i was asking questions about bk. i dont even want to fight anymore. thanks
