mine was 3 years ago and they still show as charge offs! LOL. some companies will do that..Zales is one of the worst. im hoping it wont be verified at all...or as a charge off, in which i have proof it is discharged and plan to own Zales! lol..or at least drive them batty. they waited a year after mine was finished and then sent me a letter saying "re-affirm or give us the stuff back". ummmm nope. cant do either, dudes. you had your chance to reclaim it at the hearing. it was discharged. so i guess, they are just a pain. another company ran by incompetents! Zales CEO! pay attention! personally, im so glad this place is back..the spam doesnt bother me at all!
