How to check all inquiries

I keep reading here and in other forums people posting things like "So and so keeps pulling inquiries on me each month" or "So and so pulled 6 inquiries on me".
I use one of the online services (qspace/consumerinfo.com/cyberbounty) to check my credit report and see about 15 inquiries over the past 18 months but no multiple inquiries. Thats 15 different companies pulling ( I have 6 charged off credit cards). Am I not reading something wrong or do I need to be checking something else?. Is it normal for that many collection agency/lawyers to do one pull only and walk away?. I just keep thinking I am missing some report, but I cant imagine why it would show one pull and not others if they kept pulling. It doesnt show the difference between a "hard" or "soft" pull , does that normally show up in these reports.
