Best way to find out what they will do re collecting judgment is to approach from the other side. Pretend you are trying to collect the judgment and request help from the courthouse- they often have a typed list of suggestions.

Also, go to library and check out the self help books. Once you know how they will approach it, you can figure out how to defend.

For now, best to take any attachable assets out of your wife's name- not sure about property, best to check with a lawyer on that.
