3 CAs have my Sears debt now. I just received a letter from the third CA "Allied Interstate" stating that Sherman Aq wants to settle the debt. I asked if the judgment and Sherman Aq be deleted all they told me: "You will receive a letter stating the debt has been paid." If I pay these people will that make my credit score increase? And can I get the judgment removed? I’m concerned about paying these people. What should I do?
