did i make a mistake?
i filed an order to show cause to vacate a default judgment & restore to the calender.
granted as there was a no show

went back to court pro se arbitration and the lawyers were there
sent to arbitration may 26th
in the interim the arbitrator said i should refile to dismiss for improper service..so again another date in court.
trans union and equifax have now taken this off my report but not experian, they say docket stills shows a pending case ???

any ideas oh yes called camco and they have closed the debt
it is only the scummy attorneys Mel s Harris who are after the debt
(chase charged off in 1991)
