Lady is correct. In Florida, you can read the entire mortgage online if you want to. You can also do a reverse search and find out if someone has a vehicle. Property assesor office shows real estate held in someone's name.

Of course, they can just file interrogatories and ask questions as well.

Hard to find what you don't have, isn't it.

I have gotten several people to drop the idea of lawsuits when they realized there was a zero chance of collecting anything.
