Vacating Judgements

Thanks so much for your help in my last post. Sure do love this board!

The judgements I have are included in my BK. I am not discharged yet...I am just trying to get prepared for the work ahead.

They are in a different state. My question, do I need an attorney in IL(I am in FL now). Seems to me I remember reading somewhere someone sent the paperwork into the court by mail and got it done. Wishful thinking I am sure.

If anyone knows anything about this I again appreciate your help.
