Did the Judge agree with the 4 year SOL? If not, you can appeal on the basis of judicial error to an administrative Law Judge. If it is on the basis of fraudulent misrepresentation by the plaintif as to the dates in their filed claim, you appeal on the basis of mistake and error and fraudulent deception. Did you use the SOL defense wih all supporting documents from my website? Or did you go in and try to do it off the cuff.? If you used the website material, it will be entered in your case file and you can refer to it in your appeal.
