First Set of Interrogatories, Admission, and Request for Product of Documents

Interrogatory No. 1 , ect ,ect
Request for Production of Documents No. 1, ect
Request for Admission No. 1, ect

It is the documents you want. In ohio it seems they have 28 days to respond. Interrogatory is where you ask them specific questions. admissions is you basically ask them to admit to something. I like to use it if I have proof of something. let us say they call and tell you if you do not pay you will go to jail and you tape it. you ask for admissions like "Admit on so and so date scumbags name threatened jail time". Lying would be bad for them. For documents simply ask for the specific documents you need. Asset will probably sue. You need to start preparing your defense ASAP.
