Scott is correct. Once you enter the legal arena, you ask for discovery - that is the process of obtaining documents, etc from the other side. If you have a lawyer, he/she will prepare the interrogatories for you. If they do not answer within the allowed time, you can go to the court and file a motion to compel discovery. If they ignore that, they are in contempt of court, which is pretty serious.

Didn't you say that this alleged debt lawsuit was already dismissed in another court. WhyChat, isn't this double jeopardy?
