One of Mr. Hanna's boy contact me via telephone a month ago. He claimed he was a lawyer and NOT a debt collector. He threatened me that if I don't pay, he will see me in front of the magistrate at the end of the week! The poor guy was getting the name of the credit card mixed up and when I called him on it, boy he really got angry!! This company got this account from good ole Sherman after I sent a C&D letter to them after getting advice from Mr. Hibbs!(unfortunately I was paying Sherman for about a year until I finally learned by leason. Haven't heard from Hanna since then to validate? Any suggestion what to do next? I think this account went around the block several times already! Thank you for all your good advice!!
