who's the attorney in CA?

I asked my attorney to go to court for me but he refused, said it's useless, I will lose anyway, no point to lose money. And insisted on filling BK for me. I refused and thus went to court myself and got a stipulation agreement.
Anyone, please recommend me an attorney in CA who will go with me to court or help me to send interrogatories and production of document.
