i have read that a judgment in ohio lasts 21yrs and can be renewed in 5... does this mean every 5yrs (before the 21), the judgment has to be renewed or it becomes dormant.. if so how long after the 5yrs does someone have to renew the judgment? also can a collection agency obtain a "hard" inquiry on your credit report if the account they refer to is not on the report?
