hey, your on. lol. i will sue also if i get enough evidence. check out the links here for TN and learn your rights. has to be more than my word against theirs, tho..it costs to file suit lol. usually the CAs hit ya hard for a few months and move on. mine have been charged off for 8 months now.
good for you on the complaints!!!! when you have just been charged off..they will come at ya hard for awhile.
can i ask what CA is calling you? i have triadvantage..collectcorp..and MRS assc. all jerks of the highest rank.
