Trans Union won't remove inquiries

Someone stole my identity a while back and I had over 100 inquiries in a month on all my CRs. Equifax and Experian took them all off no questions asked. Trans Union said "we don't remove inquiries - they stay for 2 years" I said "but this is fraudulent, someone used my ss# and has been applying for every credit card in the US". They said "sorry, we don't remove inquiries".

So, for 6 months or so, my TU report was roughly 100 points lower than the other 2.
