Does it matter ? The SOL in NV is also only 4 years. IF you're sued, they will generally sue you where you live NOW and the laws of your current state would apply. If they sue you in UT, they could win, but then they'd have to move the judgment to NV to be collectable, and the SOL has expired in NV too.
