How are you figuring your SOL, is this a credit card debt? If so, it is 4 years from your FIRST "late" or past due month prior to chargeoff, (usually about 6 months befre the chargeoff date).
If you are beyond SOL, send the A$$(O)LES the SOL letter from my website.
