Anyone heard of Law office of Richard D. Seierstad?

I have posted before about Calvery Investments. Apperently they sent this 6 yr repo (as of jan of this year) to this attorney. He is out of Sauk Rapids MN. The funny thing is they sent it to my father in laws address with my father in laws name. Wouldn't calvery send them our correct address that calvery was using? We live in az repo was in ok. Can an attorney collect from MN? Thanks for all the help. I love this site.
